The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting savings accounts, onboarding customers to digital banking platforms, and supporting branch sales initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Savings Account customers from the assigned market and catchment area.
• Generate customer referrals and build a strong customer network.
• Ensure quality customer acquisition across various customer segments.
• Assist customers with digital banking registration and activation.
• Support the Senior Sales Manager in catchment mapping and branch development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote banking products and services to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, sales processes, and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct field activities to identify and acquire quality and HNI customers.
• Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to management.
