Airtel is hiring a Network Project Leader to manage the implementation and delivery of enterprise network projects for its Business-to-Business (B2B) services. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing network projects, ensuring timely service delivery, customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards. This role requires strong project management, technical, and customer engagement skills to support Airtel’s enterprise networking solutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of enterprise network projects.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the deployment of MPLS and other enterprise connectivity services.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the agreed scope of work.
• Coordinate with customers to manage project dependencies and implementation schedules.
• Work closely with internal technical, operations, and service delivery teams.
• Monitor project progress and resolve implementation issues promptly.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, service-level agreements (SLAs), and company policies.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve project execution and operational efficiency.

🎓 Eligibility
