Aline Accounting Partners India is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager (Client-Facing) to oversee client accounting operations and deliver high-quality financial services. The selected candidate will manage client relationships, supervise accounting processes, prepare financial reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance. This role requires strong leadership, accounting expertise, and excellent communication skills to maintain long-term client satisfaction.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations for multiple client accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Supervise bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of accounting deliverables.
• Review accounting records for accuracy and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Mentor and guide junior accounting professionals.
• Support audit processes and maintain proper financial documentation.
