Denken Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Lead to drive the development and enhancement of its SaaS-based staffing products. The ideal candidate will take ownership of product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative solutions using modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, and AI-powered technologies including OpenAI. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about product management, software development, and emerging AI solutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the roadmap for SaaS-based staffing products.
- Prioritize product enhancements based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Coordinate with UI Designers, Front-End Developers, Back-End Developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new product ideas and technology initiatives.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and release plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
- Leverage AI technologies, including OpenAI, to enhance product capabilities.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
