Educate Girls is looking for a passionate and motivated Outreach & Communications Consultant to support its mission of improving access to quality education for children. The consultant will be responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives, managing communication strategies, engaging with stakeholders, and promoting the organization’s programs across communities. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication, relationship-building, and project coordination skills who are committed to driving social impact.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach and communication strategies to increase awareness of the organization’s programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with government departments, schools, community leaders, and partner organizations.
• Coordinate awareness campaigns, community engagement activities, and educational events.
• Prepare communication materials, reports, presentations, newsletters, and success stories.
• Manage digital and offline communication initiatives to enhance program visibility.
• Support media relations and coordinate promotional activities.
• Collect, analyze, and report outreach data to measure program impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of communication plans.
• Represent the organization at meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure all communication activities align with the organization’s mission and branding guidelines.

🎓 Eligibility

• UG: Any Graduate
• PG: Any Postgraduate (Preferred)
