📌 Job Description

Organizations partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) are hiring Community Mobilizers to promote skill development initiatives and increase awareness of vocational training programs. The selected candidates will conduct field surveys, interact with rural and urban communities, counsel youth on career opportunities, and facilitate enrollment into government-supported skill development courses. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about community development and youth empowerment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct baseline surveys and identify eligible candidates for skill development programs.
• Visit villages, educational institutions, and community centers to create awareness about vocational training opportunities.
• Mobilize and counsel youth to enroll in NSDC-supported training programs.
• Organize community meetings, awareness campaigns, and career guidance sessions.
• Coordinate with local authorities, educational institutions, NGOs, and community leaders.
• Maintain candidate records, enrollment data, and field activity reports.
• Follow up with enrolled candidates throughout the training process.
• Assist in achieving mobilization and enrollment targets.
• Support placement and post-training activities when required.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of reports.

🎓 Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in community outreach, social development, education, or skill development programs is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and field coordination skills may also apply.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000+ per month (Based on organization and experience)
