Andhra Pradesh Secretariat

The Andhra Pradesh Secretariat serves as the administrative headquarters of the state government and is one of the most important government institutions in Andhra Pradesh. Located in Velagapudi, Amaravati, it houses the offices of the Chief Minister, Ministers, Principal Secretaries, and senior administrative officials. The Secretariat coordinates the activities of various government departments and is responsible for policy formulation, governance, and implementation of developmental programs. It acts as the central decision-making authority where major initiatives related to economic growth, public welfare, infrastructure development, education, healthcare, and social services are planned and monitored.
