The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging training programs, conduct workshops, and mentor students to improve their interpersonal and professional competencies. 🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Assess the soft skills development needs of students through evaluations, surveys, and interactions.
- Design and develop training programs, learning materials, and presentations.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and interactive training sessions on communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and time management.
- Provide individual coaching and constructive feedback to participants.
- Customize training content to meet the needs of different student groups and academic programs.
- Develop training curriculum, handouts, activities, and assessment materials.
- Facilitate role-playing exercises, group discussions, and practical simulations.
- Monitor participant progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support placement and career development initiatives by enhancing students’ employability skills.
